 Hi all,

I have question, in document checklist, we have to prepare declaration of severance of common law relationship, could you tell me what is that, and is it the same like statutory declaration of common law union?, if the same where should we go to fill it because it have to be sign by commission of oath. Who can be commission of oath?
one more, could you give me example of statutory declarations with personal knowledge that your relationship is genuine and continuing, should we make it 2 (from me and from my partner?
Any one know please help me, i really appreciate for helping me
