 hi to all,
i'm married to someone and she was there in Canada for almost four years now. although we don't have a communiction for the last two years, i'm quite sure that she was already a permanent resident in Canada.
my point is, is there any possibility that i could apply as an immigrant in Canada even if she did not sponsor me, being as her husband?
Further, i already asked the Canadian Embassy here in my place and they told me that they do not entertain such this kind of inquiries.
    thank you.

No, you would have to apply as a skilled worker.

In order for that plan to work, she'd have to sponsor you.  And with that, there'd be a big burden of proof to show that your relationship is genuine and continuing.  If you haven't spoken to each other in years, then that's a big sign it won't work.

yeah, it is very difficult in your such case when you have break down in your relationship.
I think better possibility is for you to apply as skilled worker as PMM said or get a visit visa and go there and find your spouse and ask her to apply for you.
