I got inadmissible from UK in 2008, reason I was working elsewhere instead of my workpermit job. The reason was very small but they didnt spare me, the immigration officer said that if I re-apply I can get the visa. My wife applied HSMP and got workpermit. for entry clearance I confessed in the application of my situation but they refused.
Now making long story short I want to apply for canada FSW1, my wife is the main applicant and she falls in one of 38 category.
Can I apply for Canada immigration. All my documents are clean and genuine. But misfortune happened with me.

Qorax, PMM,Leon need assistance

I do not think that you can classify it as misfortune happening to you when you worked illegally unless you see it as a misfortune that you got caught for it.  However, having been illegal in some country or having worked illegally somewhere does not affect your application for Canadian PR so you can apply.

You always have to be honest in the application forms otherwise application might be rejected for misrepresentation of facts. Go on apply for immigration but be very careful and full proof while preparing the documents. Quorax has mentioned on this forum the steps required to apply for immigration under fast track program without the need of consultant.

Answer everything truthfully.  Write up your work history truthfully.  I believe you are asked if you have been deported or ordered to leave from anywhere and then you say yes.  If you feel like writing a cover letter to explain yourself, try to avoid referring to it as a misfortune.
