i need your help and your advice about my case , my e-status changed to decisiom made before 7 months and until now i did not receive any mail or any contact from c.i.c is this normal or something wrong

i don't think this is normal....
do u have a representative??? if yes check w/ him to see what's going on
if not check and see if ur mailing address w/ them is correct ( if u did not change it during the process w/out notifying them).
if all that is correct then write them a letter .
