Hi friends
Could any one tell whose processes is taking place fast is it ppl applied through pre-assessment or without assessment.I am going through pre-assesement in Dec and I saw many ppl who went through w/o pre-assessment they got there file number.please help out in this

I don't think it matters anymore, the only difference is the ppl who applied before Jan 15 (I need help on the actual date) needed the pre-assesment, and ppl who applied after don't. I don't see why under similar circumstances somebody who applied before (pre-assesment) should get a faster process. Now I do know that your occupation, how well your application was submitted and even from where (due to mailing delays) could throw a different outcome.
