I am indian citizen and software engineer with 2 years experience.I want to apply for any PNP.I want to know in which pnp am eliigible to apply as software engineer or computer programmer.I would be thankful for someone's help.

If you are in US under H1B you might fall under Strategic Recruitment Stream program

i dont have any job offer and im working in india.dont have h1b visa...so not possible for any Pnp or some other program?

You should be able to apply to Alberta, British Columbia.....  those are the ones I am aware of. But you can take a look at the website below for more information...

Usually you need a job offer for PNP unless you are on the Alberta H1B program, being sponsored by family or under an investor class.

FSW=federal skilled worker - QSW=Quebec skilled worker
AEO=arranged employment offer - LMO=labour market opinion
CEC=Canadian experience class - PNP=provincial nominee program
