Hey Pmm,
 Here is my case and i need help on what need to do next.
I send my husband outland application to missisuaga dec 07 and was approve Jan 08 and the recieved at accra ghana feb 08.
For over 4months now , our application status on the cic website has been in process(medical recieved) and we believed something shld have happen to d file by now
we've not heard anything from them since nor have we been get any info on our file.
Please can u help advise us on how to find out what is going on with my file in accra, ghana.

You're still well within the normal processing timeline for Accra of 8-18 months.  You can order your CAIPS notes to get more specific information about what's happening with your file, if you want to.
