Hi,

I have applied to FSW and i got my AOR from Sydney Canada today and they asked me submit the complete application to Buffalo visa office within 120 days.

Do i need to submit Police clearance certificates along with those? Also I saw a fee payment , do i need to pay again for Visa office ? and the FBI certificate would take like 16 to 18 weeks to get it so i dont think i can make it within 120 days , so is it ok to post the application without FBI certificate?

Please answer my questions, i  need your help . Thank you very much.

Yes if you can. If not, send an explanation letter stating the reasons of not being able to do so, and a proof that you have applied for them (if applicable).

No, until they ask you to send the RPRF at a later stage.

Yes, do not wait for it, and waste your time for nothing. Send your full application to Buffalo, and the FBI clearance later once you get it.

Just send an explanation letter stating that you have applied for the FBI clearance, and it is gonna take 18 weeks to be issued, attached to a proof that you have applied for it.
