Need help seniors for education points!!!!!Thankssssssssss!!!!

This is a very useful forum that I found a lot info. I found my case in all pages but not anyone fits to mine.

After just filing my FSW1 application, I found that I calculated wrongly for my pass mark immigration (67/100).

I just got only 66 with all degress, ielts, experience, and adaptibility.

1. Now can I try to take ielts again to gain more 1 point and intermediately file to CIO as soon as possible, is it okay for CIO to accept it because I know the procedure to get PER maybe 1-3 months?  Do you think time is enough for that?

2. I got my degree in Quebec and studied all french. I do not have TEF cert but I have certificates of school and language center. CIO will count points French for me? Anyone knows it. If they count I will pass and do not worry about re-sit ielts and mail to them.

1.  If you don't qualify on points, your application will be refused.
2.  If you want points for French you need TEF.  CIO will not wait for a new IELTS they will make their decision on what you submit.

I am not sure whether CIC will accept your test results after you already sent your applications and other certificates.

You can
1. Reapper for IELTS. It is not a garuntee that you'll score higher.
2. Take TEF. You cannot just state that you studied French. TEF is the only valid test. Take it ASAP.


In my opinion arrange for test/s as soon as possible and file a new application.
