hi,
I have landed to Canada three months ago,my wife is pregnant and I want to invite my mother to come here to help us to look after my first baby.What is the process and what document do I need to send them to apply for a visa?Please advise me as I don't know many things here and getting confused.

Sometimes, it is difficult to invite your mother to come to visit you.  See this example:

In general, your mother need to go the Canadian consulate/embassy/VAS to apply for visitor visa with some supporting document such as the invitation letter from you in Canada.  For more information, check www.cic.gc.ca
