Need Help Regarding Visa

Hi Guys,
I'm Meet from Punjab, India.
I applied in May Month and Got refusal On June 15.
Refusal was.... your proposed studies arenot reasonable in light of one or more: qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities in India/Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects or plans.

Academic details are: did high school in 2010
                              IELTS in October 2010 (6.5)Overall, with no less than 6 in all modules.
                              Now doing bachelors of Animation & Multimedia Technology and it's my first semester                                   

Actually I joined college after refusal.

I was admit in Seneca College for Intenational Business of Sept 2011 intake but got refused.


Now, I want to apply again.
Please help me in my following questions:-
- Do i apply in same college?
- Do i apply for same course?

I think u sud add a very strong SOP clearly statin why u want to do a particular course an how it will benefit u career wise bk in India
