need help regarding spousal immigration

hello.... i really need help concerning my spousal immigration... my husband is a canadian citizen and im a pakistani.... we got married in sep 2006.... he applied in dec 2006 for my immigration.... its almost been a year and i havnt received any letter.... my husband came to pakistan in june and we tried contacting the canadian high commission here but we didnt get any respond....

 my husband received a letter in july 2007 in canada stating that the sponsorship was completed but its been a month and i havnt gotton any call or received any letter from the embassy... please anyone who is aware of the procedure time... let me know of that... i'de be grateful
