Hi guys,
I am new to this thread...I have applied for PR as Federal Skilled worker in this December from Australia and sent the application form to CIO Nova Scotia. I have few questions..
1. After reading some threads, I realize that we need to send ALL documents to CIO at the time of sending the application.. Does this include the transcripts, PCC as well.
2. Do we receive any acknowledgement from CIO that our application has been received and is being processed?
3. As I am in australia, I have selected Sydney office as my VISA office, however, due to some urgency, I will have to go to India, so will I be able to change my VISA office to Delhi office and get my medicals done from there?
4. If yes, is there any difference in the processing times for applications sent from Australia versus India?
5. What is the current processing time for CIO applications?

Thanks in advance.

Take Care.

Take Care.

1.  You will get either a refusal or email/letter stating your application was transferred to Sydney Aus.
2.  You have to send all the documents required in the checklists for for both Sydney CIO and the processing office, except for PCCs which can be sent at a later date.  Incomplete application, refusal.
3.  No, the application will not be transferred.
4.  Immaterial as you select Sydney Aus.  The processing times are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp
