Need help regarding ielts

hello to all,

I need to know about ielts points.If i want to claim ielts 8 points(moderate proficiency)  or 16 points(high proficiency) in immigration .then how much band should i require to claim in listening,reading,writing,speaking modules.i would be thankful if somebody will help.
