Need Help !!!! plz Help....Regarding TRV renewal in Canadian Emb. in Buffalo

Hi,

I am currently working in Toronto, Canada on the work permit. My work permit expires on 5th of November, 2011. I am in the process of renewing my work permit on Labour Market Opinion (LMO) basis through my company. I need to go back to my country for a week for an emergency purpose but my visa in my passport is already expired. I want to renew my Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) so that I can go back home for a week. So, Where can I apply so that I can get the visa renewed?. Do I mail it to Canadian Embassy in Buffalo office or do I submit the application in person in the buffalo office to renew my TRV....

Please let me know.
