Hi eveyone
I m confused when I look into pnp booklet it is mentioned there that if you have a close relative in manitoba you can apply under general st. only if you don't meet requirements to apply under family st. Its written on pg. 11 under specific note.
Now my questions are as follows:

1   My dad doesn't meet the age requirement he is 58 yrs old, So can we try his case under genral st. coz I live in winnipeg?

2   Does he still have to meet the required 55 points under this st.?

Please help me its urgent,
