Hello,
my employer changing its current location..and nowadays we are shifting to a new location. well shoud i inform CHC about this?? we didnt  shift our land line numbers yet... is it wise to tell them that we are shifting now and give them the new address only. later on i will provide them full contact details of the new location with land line numbers etc???...

your reply wud be highly appreciated..

If telephone nos are same as before better not to inform them now. Inform them only when full shifting has been done with new telephone nos.

Email is better option. Put urgent in your email subject.

Please be advised to update your mailing address or telephone whatsoever by faxing CHC London.

You can find CHC London fax number on your AOR.

Please note that in CIC the FAX is more efficient way of communication than that of e-mail or post.

If CHC London fails to update your mailing address or any faxed details within 28 days then by default through FAX Carbon Copy (FCY) it should be updated at CIC's PR data in Ottawa, Canada.

I hope this information is of assistance to you.
