Hi I am really
I am a Canadian citizen of Sri Lankan origin
June 2005 - I applied for my parents (mom/dad/sis) sponsorship
July 2006 - My parents mom/dad/sis, because of the war moved to INDIA (CHENNAI) and lived there as refugees
July 2006 - When I updated the address to India one
April 2008 - my application got passed to "Canadian High Commission in Delhi"
April 2011 - They asked for medicals and passports
August 2011 - They asked for another medical (medical furtherance for my sister)
November 11 2011 - Now yesterday mom got a letter saying that their records showing that mom and sis have no proof of lawfully living in India and if we don't give them proof in 60 days they will transfer our application to Canadian High Commission in Sri Lanka.
My questions are
1) We waited 3 years in Canada, another 3 years in Delhi (India), how long my wait will be at Canadian High Commission of Sri Lanka?
2) will they ask for medicals which we already did in April 2011?
3) how long this application transfer from one office to another take place?
4) do we have to wait in the queue from the end at Canadian High Commission of SriLanka?
