I am a permanent residence and landed in March 7,2011, and will apply my boyfriend to immigrate to Canada in July. (Outland).
As i was working in NZ in 2010, so i didn't work in Canada at that time.  should i still provide "Option C printout?"

By the way, how to contact with CRA to get "Option C printout" ? i tried to call 1 800-959-8281, but always voice message, no one pick up the phone and answer my question?

You can't get an Option C if you have never submitted your income tax in Canada. I would provide your payroll statements from your job in NZ and most recent income tax statement if possible.

Hopefully you're aware that since you're a PR (rather than a citizen) you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor your boyfriend and continue living in Canada while his application is being processed.

Also, I assume you are sponsoring your boyfriend as common law (i.e. you've lived together for at least one year). And I'm also assuming that you weren't common law when you landed in March. Is that correct?

You should submit tax records from the country you were working at during the previous fiscal year, so get them from the NZ authorities for the year 2010.

But first make sure that your partner is "sponsorable". There's no category for "boyfriend" under the Family Class, so either you apply to sponsor your common-law husband (a person you have lived with for a period of a year or longer) or a conjugal partner. Check the Sponsor Guide for the requirements for  either category.
