Hi to all!

I start working on june 07 and got my skilled position on august of 2008 and then quit the job on april 2009. then went back at the same job on march 2010 to nov 2010, then went for a vacation dec 2010 to feb 2011. worked again with the same company on march 2011 to april 2011 until found a new job (skilled work)august 2011 to present. So far the total months that i worked is 20.

My question is, can i apply after i got 3 to 4 more months of skilled job on my new work place? i probably worked more than 40 hours a week during the employment on both companies? did my worked experienced during 2008-2009 will be included when i apply early next year?

Please help and thanks a lot!

I think as long as you have 1 year working experience (if you graduated in Canada) or 2 years working experience as skilled worker, you can submit your application

You can only count work experience within 3 years of the application date, so, no, 2008 will not be counted, and 2009 experience will not be "countable" for much longer.

If you have not worked 24 full months within 3 years at the time of application, you have not met the requirements and your application will be refused.

You need to complete the 3900 hours within 3 years.

No, you must have worked at least 24 months, and have worked full time or the part-time equivalent (at least 3900 hours).  If you worked part-time there is simply no way you can have accumulated 3900 hours in 24 months, it will have to be more than 24 months, unless you simultaneously worked 2 part-time jobs.
