Write the main functions of your jobs and you should have experience letter for same attached to that
As it is not possible to write all main duties in form . do you mean that i need to attach experience letter with form ?? or its ok to write few duties in form as i am giving all details of main roles in ref. letter from employer ??

You need to write
few main duties in the form which will be supported by your experience letter. You can also prepare a summary of experience in excel sheet and attached it at the top of all experience certificate. Please keep all the forms seperate which will be attached at the top of your bunch of documents.
Arrangement of document will be as follows:-
1) Your 1st AOR letter
2) CIO document copy
3) Updated Forms set
4) All supporting document such as education , experience, IELTS, proof of funds, etc.
5) Payment Forms, if any.
Regarding the IELTS, you have got the score and you need to write "High" or "Moderate" based on your score. For example for listening you need to have minimum 7.50 band & 6.50 band for reading+writing+speaking.
