i wana apply for federal skilled worker, i am having douts that which forms should i submit at delhi and should i need to submit documents with the application ( Notarized copies of education n work exp letters ) or i should submit just the application... i think i need to submit the doc's after we get our file no...
should i fill all these forms or only some forms.. 1) Application for permanent residence in canada 2) Background deceleration 3) additional family info 4) use of representative 5) Fee payment form 6) Doc check list 7) Economic class
i have seen in some other forums some people got rejected due to insufficient documents and points.. in delhi they r calculating the points n checking the doc's so, i am very confused so please help me

initially u have to file application along with copy of passport to sydney, nova scotia. see cic website for details. later after approval via e mail frm sydney u have to file ur application with complete documentation , proofs of exp, funds, IELTS etc. to new delhi. yes u have to have min 67 points and under NOC category mentioned in 38 occupations lixt. pl check the website for details. if u fit under any of the NOC and u have 67 points u can apply. be careful while filling the forms. take advise of seniors on the forum if u have any specific problem. don worry u can do it.
