Need Help : Moving to KSA, how to manage medical and visa

Dear Fellow Members and Seniors,

I've applied from Pakistan and my current E-cas status is In Process with RBVO details.

I've got a better job opportunity in KSA and planning to move there. Now my Question is that how could I manage in Saudi:

1. Medical Request
2. Passport Request for Visa

Can it be easily handled by changing the current address, whereas my family will be stayed here in Pakistan? secondly in Saudi the passport is held by Kafil (Sponsor) and usually they are not ready to co-operate at such extent by handing over your passport.

I need your expert advice in this regard.

I was in the same situation as yours.Inform CHC London that u,ll be in Saudi Arabia so that they can do your further correspondence there. Regarding medicals,You can do your medicals in Saudi Arabia and your family can do their medicals in Pakistan .No problem at all.I was also quite confused for PPR but Alhumdollilah got my passport from the employer easily.They usually keep your Iqama and give the passports to you......now they r not very much particular about it....

1. Medical Request - Medical can be done any where in the world. So it is not a problem.
2. Passport Request for Visa - Applicant need to send to same VO, irrespective where s/he has moved. a) Sending passports by courier is not legal & risky. b) If VO requested for interview at final stage, you should be able to travel to that country. c)If you have stayed in that country for more than one year after getting (& sending) PCC of that country, and your application is not competed, VO can request for PCC from that country (as PCC is valid for one year); so you should be able to get PCC if requested.

I did not mean to discourage you but to make you aware of the things you need to consider while leaving that country. I have read people facing problem to get PCC once they leave Saudi, I might be wrong but that is my general impression. Please search for posts about PCC from Saudi after leaving without consent of employer or qorax (one of the senior member)  might give you precise advice.

We initially applied to CHC Islamabad ,when our PPR came to submit passports to Islamabad,we informed CHC London that we would like to submit our passports directly to London as we,ll be in Saudia for that time period.Got a reply on the same day from London to submit our passports to CHC London.
As per my knowledge,  most of the cases of Islamabad are transferred to London so submission of passports directly to London is not a problem.
With medical request usually they ask to submit PCC and Bank statements.You should submit pCC from Saudia too....

Dear Shah,

I exactly dnt know about the PCC from Saudia but my brother sent it when he applied, the experience was smooth and he is in Canada now. As far as PPR is concerned, CHC only deals with ARAMEX for Passports to send and receive. My brother sent them by ARAMEX but he had to send them via ARAMEX headoffice in Riyadh. So dont think about DHL, FEDEX ....... etc. When they will request PPs they will send instructions. So Chilllllll...........

No, you can not stamp visa in Riyadh. If You applied from pakistan your visa will be stamped in CHC, Islamabad and if you applied from KSA your visa will be stamped in CHC, London.

For PCC from KSA, CHC london will issued you a request letter (In Arabic). and you will use that letter to obtain your PCC from KSA.

Your third Concern, You can send your passport through Fedex, aramax etc No problem with that. which ever is flexible to you send it through that. CHC, London will send back your passport through Aramax.

No, you can not stamp visa in Riyadh. If You applied from pakistan your visa will be stamped in CHC, Islamabad and if you applied from KSA your visa will be stamped in CHC, London.

For PCC In Saudia U,ll get the letter from Canadian Embassy in Arabic Signed and stamped.U fill in your name and passport # in the blank space.Make one covering letter (Ras -ul-amal)from your employer showing your designation,period of work and Iqama Number. Bring this along with copy of your iqama and  duly filled letter from Canadian embassy to the Foreign affairs office for attestation.They,ll attest the letter and stamp it.Now take this attested letter to the crime department of police of your region.(Adalla janayai).They,ll take your finger prints and issue the police certificates.Make authentic tranlations of it..

Thanks a lot Mr goodwill, u explained the things very nicely. Any Idea of location of crime department of police (Adalla janayai) in eastern province alkhobar.
