Hi Max:  I know of a house in Windsor (South Windsor) that will be going up for sale very soon and it's located very close to both a public (Southwood Public) and a catholic elementary (St. Gabriel's Separate) school for your children.  Also, within walking distance is an awesome public secondary school for when your oldest child starts high school (Vincent Massey Secondary School).  I'm sure you can search the schools' websites on the Internet.  The house in near St. Clair College, so it has easy access to Huron Church Road which takes you north to the Ambassador Bridge.  Let me know if you are interested and the time frame you are looking at.  It's not on the market as of yet but will be very very soon.  The house is a three bedroom, brick ranch with a two and half car detached garage and fenced yard.  The basement is finished.  Looking forward to hearing from you.  Mar

I myself will be living in Windsor in a couple of weeks.  You can go to The Windsor Star online and go to the rental classifieds or also kijiji.ca for windsor has alot of listings as well.  South Windsor is a lovely part of Windsor but if you want to be close to the bridge for the commute then you can also find alot of riverside properties. There are some lower income areas as well.
