need help in filling application form

Hi,

I am confused about filling Additional Family Information section, i have filled out mine very easily, but confused how will my wife do it, who will be the applicant and spouse in her case, i guess she will write her name as a applicant and my name as a spouse or what (plz correct if i am wrong)

2nd i am taking my ielts soon, should i tick yes or no now.

If you are applying together, one of you should be the main applicant and the other one as the spouse.

Most of the forms are just required to be filled by the main applicant, except for few of them which should also be filled for the spouse, as well.
