need help in 3 questions concerning the application

Hi Everyone, I have 3 questions hope I can find the right answers for them.

I am filling the application to sponsor my wife ,I have 2 daughters and they are Canadian ,
-In the application IMM1344 A(application to sponsor and undertaking) section c number 3 should I write my dependent children names ?or not cause they are Canadian?

-In the sponsor questionnaire Application If the sponsor is living outside Canada he should provide a proof of intention to re-establish in Canada , I don't have any real proof yet cause I will wait for my wife's application to get accepted first then find a job are small business to establish and a get rental agreement, will this section affect my application??

-when I complete my application should I submit it at the Canadian embassy??

1) You cannot wait until your wife is given PR to begin making plans for re-establishment, CIC must be convinced you have more than a vague intention to relocate in order to approve you as a sponsor. If you plan to set up a business, what steps have you taken towards this? Have you started looking into a location, checking your market etc etc?  Then document your plans.

Also, you have children, what about your plans to put a roof over your family's heads and support them until your business gets going?  Document these things.  What about researching schools for the children to attend, schooling for yourself or your wife if necessary?  All of these things speak to your intention to relocate, and should be provided to CIC as part of your application.

2) Your completed application (sponsor and applicant sections) is submitted to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, since you appear to be planning an Outland application, based on you being out of the country currently.  When you are approved as a sponsor, CPC-M transfers the application to the embassy responsible for persons of your wife's nationality.

If you are not living in Canada right now, you need to provide some proof of intention of moving to Canada or you will be refused.  Such proof could be either you or wife having a job offer, having been accepted to college or having arranged housing.  If you don't have any of those, it would at least help if you have looked for job opportunities (print out job ads) and have looked into where you will live.  A letter from relatives or friends stating that they know of your plans to move and will let you stay with them while you look for housing should also help.

In IMM1344 A, under the section for people being sponsored, you do not have to list your children because they are not being sponsored.

I'm having the same problem with the intention to live in Canada.

We're planning to move to Ottawa, and my partner is hoping to get into teachers college there (and with his experience and quals it shouldn't be a problem)  However, he won't even be able to apply until December 2011, and won't hear back until April 2012... too late for us to file application then.

I'm a primary school teacher, so there's a very specific window that I can apply for jobs. I can't apply for Sept 2012 jobs now, that will actually Spoil my chances of getting them, and I actually DO want a job.

It is possible to send a list of places I intend to apply to later in the year?

Should I send in rental properties similar to those we will be looking at later in the year as well?

Write a letter explaining how it works for you to apply for jobs, why you can not apply for jobs now and include information on the schools you are planning to apply at as well as any housing information you can dig up as well as what kind of job your spouse will be looking for.  So it doesn't really prove that you have plans to move but it is better than nothing because it shows that you have at least looked into things.
