need help guys pls...

i have a question when i submit my papers last yr for PR and open work permit i didnt pay for my kids i just pay for my self i didnt know that we r in waiting game that time ... now i got my open work permit and i think another waiting game again so i think i need to do something,,,can i pay for the fee for my kids? any idea i really dont know what to do help pls guys!!!!!!!!!
