Polygamy is illegal in Canada.  Divorce your first wife first and amend your records with CIC if you want to come to settle with your second wife in Canada.

They can not divorce in the Philippines but as long as he is separated from the first wife, he can claim the 2nd wife as his common law partner.

However, when you applied for your immigration as an architect, which wife did you list on your application and what did you list as your marital status?
