I really wanted to apply for PNP either to Alberta or Manitoba, but every time i tried to fill-up online assessment i always received failures or can't proceed processing maybe because of i have no existing relatives living in Canada, working experienced is below managerial level and do not have French language idea.

Despite of that i want to pursue but i don't know how? Anybody can help me...please please
