Re: experience

Hi I am a Pharmacist in India, I have bachelor degree from India and master's degree in Pharmaceutical science from USA, I had worked 6 months as a pharmacist in India after I completed my B.S, then I went to USA for M.S. program and I had worked for 1 year in USA in a retail pharmacy as a compound chemist/pharmacy technician (but not as a pharmacist), then I came back to India and I had worked as a pharmacist for 6 months in India.

I also check point system and if I count 1 year experience, I have more than 68 points.

Now my question is

Can I count 1 year experience (6 months in India after my B.S + 6 months in India after my M.S program), or should I consider my 1 year experience as compound chemist/pharmacy technician from USA, or both I can use?

Is there any way I could count 1 year experience for Canada PR application?

Please help me out ................................

Hi parag,

An applicant for FSW category must have at least one year continuous full-time paid work experience, or continuous part-time equivalent, in the category of Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B, according to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), which have occurred within 10 years preceding the date of application.
