Wrong.
22 points, only if you Obtained two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies or if you obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies

if you have two bachelors degrees, then you could get 22 points but not if you haven't completed the second one.

I think best to start afresh and apply to CIC. I mean you can try to your visa office but i seriously think it would be a waste of time. They closed your file about 4months ago. So you should apply from beginning if you have two bachelors degree now and can get 67 points.

Why didn't you submit your nursing in the first application if you already have it?

You can try any of these

1) try speak to CIC but it is not their fault or mistake, rather the mistake is in the application side for not ensuring 67 points.
2) Speak to your consultant (i presume your 2500 spending is on a consultant) and see if he can re-do your application for you free since he suggested that you show only one degree.
3) Apply again from scratch and if they have your details, they may be concerned about you having another degree which you did not show in the first application. But if the degree is from a valid university and the university can verify it, you have nothing to worry about.

Thats just my thought. I am pretty sure (1) won't work. Pretty sure even (2) probably won't work. So your option is (3).

Thats good news! I read thru the thread and Im really amazed... I hope ill have the same fate as yours.  Smiley

I have the same problem, although I did great with IELTS. Can anyone help me decide on my situation?

Education: 20 points (Bachelors degree. I am about to finish my Masters this year October)
Language Ability: 16 points
Work experience: 19 points (3 years and 9 months)
Age: 10 points
Arranged Employment: 0
Adaptability: 0 (No first degree relatives)

I am confused, can i submit my application now and ask for substitute positive evaluation since ill be graduating this October and it can add an extra 5 points to my current score OR I wait til October before I submit my application.  If I wait til October Im afraid that the point system would be different already or my occupation wont be included on their in demand list.

Any suggestions / expert advice?

Thanks!
