All Immigration experat
I need u r suggeation for my Direact Candian PR .
I APPLY FOR CANADAIN PR FOR SKILL IMMIGRATION ON NEW RULES - FEB 2009
AND I GET CANFROMATION AND FILE NUMBER ON MAY 2009
AND CIS ASK ME TO SUBMIT MY ILETS , PROOF OF FUND,POLICE CERTI.
NOW PROBLAM START SOMEHOW I AM NOT ABLE TO RICH POINT 67 POINT.
I GOT BSC FROM INDIA SO 20 POINT.
4 YEARS EXP IN LONDON - 21 POINT
29 YEAR AGE - 10 POINT
MY WIFE ,GRADUATION : 4 POINT.
GIVE 5 TIME ILETS : 10 POINT (S= 6.5,R=6,W=5.5.L=5.5 ,TOTEL = 6 BAND )
NO RELATIVE IN CANADA,
NO OFFER LETTER FROM CANADA
TOTAL POINT IS : 65.
SO NOW, HOW CAN I GOT 67 POINT....
2 POINT LEFT.......
HOW CAN I GOT THIS 2 POINT...

The best way to increase your points is by preparing better for the IELTS to get a higher score or if you know a little French, take the TEF and hope to get a basic score to get 2 points there.
If you are out of time, there is nothing much you can do about it at this point. If that is the case, take your time to prepare for IELTS properly, take it again until you get a score that will get you over 67 and then apply again.

Hi,
I understand you have 65 points, Can you please explain what is your current status with the visa office?
Did they send you a rejection letter? OR did they give you the opportunity to increase your points?
Please share your experience

Could you please inform if you received a rejection letter from the visa office? OR did they send you a letter, giving you the opportunity to improve your points to 67? which deadline did they give for you to improve your points?

Do not quit now, study more English and get the rest of the points, so what if you do IELTS 6 times ? It will get you to Canada ! Or learn basic French but that would mean another test foir French. Study English and get the 2 points , better English will help you a lot in Canada. Do it !

Thanks for u r golden suggeation. now as per u r advice i have no choice. b.cuse i all ready give 5 time ILETS , and i am not sure i try agian and i sure got 6.5 band any 2 of moduler. also as per suggeation do or arrange master degree. but how can i give 2 year master degree certi .another thing how many day i have for submission now b.cuse i last submission date was 15/08/2009.. @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ @ Any one idea about if i submit MASTER DEGREE ADMISSION OR COLLEGE ADDMISTION LETTER SO THATS CONSIDER OR NOT  ? |

If you want to immigrate now, learn french or improve English.

Dear Rupeshhari, can i not give any franch exam but put any evidance for i know franch ,speacking and understanding franch . or anytyep of certificate if i put ( make a basic learning certificate from any teaching college ) thats can be vailid nor not ? u know that, i put my file on last feb 2009. That time i show only my Bsc ( Microbiology ) degree but not put any certificate for my Bsc ( Nursing ) degree. { i done part time nursing degree as well but my agent put only my microbiology certi ) at this stage i am lack of 2 point. if i put my nursion certi now thay can be advisable or not ? i am really canfuse  if i put any certificate might be CHC not trust ? whats can i do ? please give me u r golden advice thanks rag |
