NEED Help... CIC ND Office Letter.. IELTS TRF

today i recieved a letter telling that i have to submit a Copy IELTS TRF ...
so now i have to submit the xerox copy of Original score card...or if any addational documents should i send..
actually i submited a orignal score card to CIC ND so guys please need replies...

trf mean test result form. which will issued to the candidate once he done with exam. hope u received one. the nD is asking for the document

how they can ask for copy?it is of no meaning.
if they have the original in their hand than what else they want.
please describe the letter in their exact words at this forum.
so, that people can under stand what exact the are asking for?

It is little strange, if you have already submitted the Original why are they asking for its copy. I can think of two reasons
1.) Your IELTS TRF was older than a year
2.) Some how your TRF got misplaced

If it is older than a year, you may have to take the exam again and if that is not the case, write to CHC explaining that you submitted the Original to CHC ND on so and so date and attach a copy of the same along with your explaination. Ask them if they are satisfied with your response and if not what else can you do to convince them

thanx for replies guys..

i have written my ielts on june 26 2010. first i have sent my full docs without IELTS, because my results were not release so i sent my score card ORIGINAL after 10 days... then after somedays i got my second AOR.. i too did not understood why did they ask to send me a copy of IELTS TRF...
