NEED HELP ( CANADA CONSULATE IN HONG KONG CHINA)

if I forgot to go CBSA report my departure order and get the departure of Certificate but i left Canada within 30 days back to my home country..so what can i do then i can allow back to Edmonton again?

I got all of my boarding pass and manifest for airline which showed the day i already took 2 planes back to my home city (Hong Kong) I didn't know i should get departure of certificate and i thought i just leave and it's fine and couldn't believe it will change from departure order to deportation order..
I already left within 30 days that they required i am very sure.
I didn't have any stamp for showing i left canada on my passport but i got all of my boarding pass and the airline company got the paper to mean which i took the plane back to Hong kong during that day..
I didn't because i didn't know i have to apply arc this application then i can back to Canada and I am not MARRIED and i am still single.

what can i do ?

If you are holding a HKSAR passport, you don't need to apply a visitor visa for returning Edmonton, Canada.
