I am in a deep problem friends. I am not a new member but I am a silent reader of this forum. Hope  someone will help me. The Company I used to to work for .. currently Bank Corrupted and they shut down their business 2 months ago. Currently I'm Jobless.  What would I do now? I am a May 2010 applicant and sent my full documents September 2010, My NOC 0111. I was working on that firm from 2004 . Its been 7 years and now they throw me in this situation.Still my e-cas is showing RBVO . Please give me some guideline regarding this matter. I look forward to your replies.

U do nothing.
Ur current unemployment changes nothing vis-a-vis ur PR processing.

Relax! And look for a vocation instead of stressing on ur PR.

if u do have an experience letter from ur firm...u can send them an update to ur corresponding visa office..they will update ur file. u shd inform them bout ur current status...its better nd safe.

Hi brother,  i have sane problem my company had also closed few months ago but i am not main applicant my wife is main applicant. I am also in confusion tht wht should i do? I am june 2010 applicant.

if u have applied over spouse base...then i dont think ur experience matters ...however if ur job or experience has to do nething bout point scoring then u can inform ur corresponding visa office just as an update.

In these days of slowdown, layoffs are very common.
That doest not affect your PR application process. Your wife is PA.
Do not loose heart. Look for jobs. Once you get it you can always update.
