Passport Req..: Sept 27/10 pp in Delhi Sept. 30/10
VISA ISSUED...: Oct 6/10  rec pp with visa on Oct 14/10 woohooo
LANDED..........: Nov 9/10.. too excited Cheesy

Yes my husband is in India.  Our case is an appealed case and they have started reprocessing us.  We just want to be 100% sure we do things correctly so it doesnt get drawn out longer than it has to be.

can you please advise me in making affidavit and set of all forms

alos how long will it take to get visas
