My friend WHo just Got 49% in his hssc And he wants toapply in canada as far i know Its difficult to get addmission in university so can u guys tell me which college he should apply to and which course his previous education is i.com can he get admission in diploma ?

go to the college requirements for international requirements search humber,seneca colleges and many colleges u can check.........and you can apply in diploma but its your luck to got visa due to proposed study.
