need help about sponser

hi all , and thanks in advance for every one would like to help us
i wana explain my situation to you all and i wish some one can help me to know what i have to do .
1. i am arabian live in lebanon and i got married 4 or 5 months ago  , my wife candian citizen , we spend together about 3 months , she back to her home after this and we thught she can sponser me or i can got visa to go there live with her ,
the problem is , first i applied to get visit visa and got refused , now we are thinking to do sponser application , but
my wife dont have job now
she dont have her own house there
she cant proof to the immigration she can sponser me cuse i read she must sign undertaking to care about me ( food and cloths and ... etc ) and she dont have job now
i sent to her money sometime but not enugh for her cuse i am living in poor country u can say
can we apply for sponser in this situation or no , if no , what we can do
if yes , they will give me refused and we can appel it later and then they maybe will give me the visa , or maybe they will give us acceptance ?
if they want give us acceptance , is this will take more than 6-9 months ?
i wish someone can help exactly what we can do for this problem ?
and do i have to try apply for visit visa again or they will denied it again ?

ohh , another thing , if i proof for the immigration i have arranged employed , do this will help
and if i proof for them i have good situation in my country here and i have about 20000$ , do this will help ?

did you read the FAQ section on the home page of this site? i believe all your answers can be found there. she doesnt need to meet any income requirement under the family class. you can appeal if you file out of country only.

i thught its impossiblle she can sponser me cuse she dont work and dont have money or house

Salam Aleikom brother
the only problem you have is if she is on welfare program in Canada.

If she is student or even on unemployment she can sponcer you
but if she is on welfare asistance they will refuse you.
the best thing to do is for her to get a job fastly and work alittle then aply for sponcership inshaAllah.

Hi there ..I am currently sponsoring my husband from lebanon. The process goes through Syria and the average time from syria is about 6 months. It is supposto be one of the faster embassy's. Goodluck.
