NEED ASSISTANCE: PR AND OPEN WORK PERMIT APPLICATION

Hi,

I am doing the paperworks for my PR application.  Can anyone assist me with the following questions below:

a) where can i get the statement of earnings showing hours worked and deductions made by employer (i do have 1 previous employer )
b) what is this record of wages and deductions?
c) does the option c i requested from CRA covers my questions a and b?
d) do i have to send the T1?
e) do i have to ask for the T4 summary from my previous and current employer?
f) do i need to submit IMM 0008DEP and IMM5476 even if its not applicable for me? or i have to send them a blank copy?
f) i spend 1week vacation in the US and 1 week in the Philippines..they were both paid (i am allowed 2weeks vacation per year)..will they still be counted on my 24months employment requirement?
g) how will cic know thaat i covered the 24months employment requirement? do i have to submit a time sheet?
h) i have 2 old passports..do i have to photocopy those pages with stamps and attach to my pr and openwork permit application?

thank you for your answers..
a) i dont have a payslip..my employer only gives me check every 2weeks. do i have to prepare a payslip from the start (as u replied, that option c covers my questions a and b above)...can u give a sample format if ever i have to make one.
b) i dont have contact with my previous employer anymore(i only worked to them for 6weeks), will the option c enough to comply my question a and b..

please bear with my thousand questionings coz i just heard from cic that the processing time for approval in principle is now taking 17 months..i need to submit my application right...thank you again

Did your previous employer gave you your ROE and T4?

What my former employer did when I asked him for statement if earnings, he write it down and summarize all the deductions and number of hours worked in the paper for the 8 months that I have worked for him...this is what the agent of CIC told him when he called.

yes, she gave me the ROE and t4...its just hard to ask the statement of earnings if ever as well as the t4 summary...what am i gonna do??.thank you

Hi Bitoyzz,

As for your T4, photocopy the one she gave you and submit it.

And the Statement of Earnings, do what Riaivy1980 did or ask for the computation on how she came up with the amount and do it yourself. I suggest you tabulate it monthly to make it more organized.

with regards to the open work permit reqts, is the job offer letter from the employer giving job title, wages and working conditions and the file number provided by HRSDC and the HRSDC confirmation the same??

Hi Bitoyzz,

Yes.  But click only the first one (job offer letter from etc.)  Leave the HRSDC Confirmation blank.
