I AM PREPARING MY DOCUMENTS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE LIVE-IN CAREGIVER COURSE. I AM HAVING A HARDTIME PREPARING THE REQUIREMENT COZ THE WAY I LOOK AT IT IT IS ALMOST THE SAME.
PLEASE IF YOU ARE UNDER THE LIVE-IN CAREGIVER PROGRAM WHO RECENTLY SUBMITTED THEIR APPLICATION. PLS ASSIST ME PREPARING ALL OF THIS. THANK YOU

I LOST THE T4 LAST 2006 CAN I REQUEST FOR ANOTHER ONE N CRA?

PLS DIFFRENTIATE THIS PLS AND KINDLY GIVE AN ILLUSTRATION. THANK YOU

5. sTATEMENT OF EARNINGS SHOWING HOURS OF WORKED AND DEDUCTION MADE BY THE EMPLOYER.( how will my employer do this?)
6. RECORD OF WAGES AND DEDUCTIONS SENT TO CRA BY YOUR EMPLOYERS (i understand that this is the T4) i lost mine can i request for a copy?

Your employer should keep copies of your T4 as well but you can also get them from CRA, see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/ncm-tx/rtrn/cmpltng/slps/menu-eng.html for number to call to request a copy.

5, statement of earning is your pay slip. every time you get paid, your employer is supposed to give you a pay slip that gives the information of your hours worked in that pay period, your pay rate, your pay for that period, deductions from your pay (tax, EI, CPP etc.) and more.
