Need an extension - please advise!

Hi,

Is it possible to get an extension on the 90 days - I was asked by Canadian immigration to submit the PCC in 90 days.  However, I have not been able to get it yet.  Can I ask for an extension, if yes, how?  What are the risks involved?

Yes it is possible, just write a letter to CIC with a full explanation of what the issue is and tell them that you will be not able to submit the PCC on time. so you are asking for an extension

You may want to send it as soon as possible, also try to call them since this is a kind of urgent issue.

Now, about the risk, don't you worry, the only risk for you is that your process will delay a little bite.

Don't forget to write your File number on top of the letter and over the right top of the envelope

What is the Phone number I should call them at?  Is there a fax number too?  Can you please let me know ASAP as there are only a couple days left for my deadline date.
