Hi, i'd like to know... if an immigrant marry's a canadian citizen before his visa expires, does this mean he can stay here, or he still could be asked to leave the country till he has his papers... where could i get the 100% sure answer if you are not sure!!!!

Marrying a Canadian citizen does not mean you are allowed to stay in Canada.

So the answers to your questions are:

No - this does not mean he can stay here.
Yes - he still could be asked to leave.
