need an advise since my husband is sick... :(

hi to all of the members here in this forum...
i just wanna ask some questions regarding our application since my husband is sick right now and it's really hard for us to be in this situation that we are far from each other, i can't even take care of him.
my husband is undergoing a dialysis right now and he is an immigrant in Canada. since we have'nt submit our application yet, i wanna apply for a tourists visa first. is it possible that the embassy may be able to grant me the visa right away?
since the doctor said that there is no definite date for my husband to stop the dialysis, it will be depending on the reaction of his body from the dialysis, that's the only time the doctor will decide whether to stop or continue the dialysis...my question is this...
since i will be applying for a tourists visa only, and i know when we say tourists visa, its just for a short period of time to be with my husband... is it possible for us to apply for an INLAND APPLICATION for a family sponsorship while i am with him in Canada? how it will affect our application since i will be handling a tourists visa only.
i hope u will be able to help us to decide regarding on our situation...
thanks in advance for all of your advices...god bless!!!

If you can secure a visitor visa, there is no obstacle to apply in land once your are in Canada. Consider that securing a tourist visa is difficult. However, you never know until you try. Try to obtain your husband's doctor note from Canada and submit it along with your visitor visa application.
Thank you.

yes, letter from doctor about your husband's health condition might work very well for visitor's visa application. and once being in Canada already, you can file in-land application without any problems.
good luck!

We'll gonna be requesting the medical certificate from my husband's doctor as soon as possible. i hope that the immigration will understand our situation and will grant me the tourist visa...i really find it hard being miles away from my husband especially now on his condition. wish us luck...
