Hi i just want to ask some advised for my friend, she already apply her PR, and two years ago she dont have workpermit and she is working partime 5 to 6 months, and her employer paid her through bank not a cash but her employer is not paying any tax to the CRA does the immigration can trace to her that shes working with out papers?

How can she file PR if w/in that 2yrs she's working w/o work permit? One of the required docs is CRA print out, t4,payroll... The immigration will surely know and will ask the docs.

she have work permit now and shes done 24 months  which is required by immigration to apply PR... i think shes here for 3 years already and 5 to 6 months before she dont have work permit bcoz she release by her previews employer and when the time she find employer she work under the table and she recieve salary every month deposit to her employer in her bank account....

I don't think CIC looks at your or anyone's bank account. They are taking ages and ages to process applications as it is now and if they did that it would take them eons and eons to process applications.

job_seeker is right.....as long as you have all the docs in the checklist, the bank account has nothing to do with the application. She's good.
