Need advise : AINP-Family Stream /CIC Application Forms

To All, most especially to senior/expert members of this forum =).

I would like to be advised of what to submit to CIC once nominated.
During the application for AINP-FS, Alberta govt requires the "copies only" of the CIC forms (IMM 0008/IMM5406, etc). Once nominated, do we submit to the CIC the originals of what we have submitted to AINP? or do we need to prepare separate ones (updated)?
(I believe, minimum of 28months for the AINP assessment is the timeline to be nominated)
