need advice to bc guy/leon regardng my ainp app,(common law husband)

hi there,

please help me with my case and need advice from you, i will submit my ainp app this month and I include my common law husband in the application,  we have 2 kids, and he signed both birth cert, weve been together sinced 1999 but the problem is that his marriage to his first wife was not yet annuled, no decision yet, he filed that sinced year 2000,  and theres no divorce in the phils my question is what documents should I attach in our ainp application reg our situation, your response will be a great help.
