Hi,

I'm 23 years old and a student about to graduate and get her Bachelors degree in the United States. However, I'm undocumented and have been for a decade. My question is can I apply for a Canadian green card from the United States or must I go back to my country of origin? Is the rules the same if I was to apply for a student visa?

Much thanks for the help.

How did you get in the US to begin with? Did you EWI? Were you by any chance admitted legally for at least a full year?
