Need advice for my case please.

Hi there,

My wife get a work permit here in Canada in 2009 as she work in medical field. I get an open work visa cause I am the husband.

After several months of work we get nominated from the province and we start the PR application in Buffalo,

However before around 4 monthes we have big fight and she decided to cancel my application as she is the main holder. she inform all my friends for that.

I get scared that I will leave canada and go back to my home ( Iraq ) which realy if I go there my death will be around 80 % possible. and for that I apply for a refugee claim.

After around a week my wife come to me back to appologize with her silver ties and we come back again . But I already apply for a refugeee.
I go back to CIC and inform them that I want to stop the claim as my papers is in the way to get the PR and they said this is not our job this is IRB.

I didnt submit the PIF form and IRB call me for hearing why I dont submit it. I inform them about the story and they said no , this is between you and the CIC.

Now I have gotten the medical request test from Buffalo and I went for the test waiting for there result.

Anyone know if I get the paper request from Bufflo for the passport . Did CIC will give me my passport back and cancel the refugee or I have to complete my refugee and cancel the PR?
