Need Advice! Apply through FUTURE CONCERN or not?

Dear folks!
              I need to know that consultancy co. FUTURE CONCERN Lahore, Pakistan is a genuine co. or fraud. My cousin wanna apply through them. Need feedback from you guys. [specially guys who are from lahore]. If someone is a victim of them kindly do share because that would save other's hard earnings.

Never Ever Buddy,.,,,,,,,,,,, that is big fraud im my self is victim of them.........that is near Sher Pawoo Bridge at Jail Road ..........do nt you see their security when once you would have pay they will never enter you their gate.......one most interesting thing they have jammer in their office even you could not approach them at mobile..............they have stupid guard who always make you angry...............

Hmm read through the CIC webpages. Their Guides and stuff. This forum is a wonder and EVERY thing is discussed and available. IF you have or him has any questions, search through the forum and post for advice.

Its more than enough to send and complete the application. No need for shady "Agents" or "Consultants".

Yes this another good option.........but if a person has a tight job and could not get the time then consultant is a good option.......

Well if you are going to be cheated out of your hard earned money, not to mention the mental torture inflicted by such fraudulent people, its always better to do it yourself.

Gathering documents (I think) is not done by agents, all they will do is compile and fill applications (which is also not right as it should be done yourself to avoid any mistakes).

Remember another thing, all the Immigration communication is going to be through agents, after you apply through an agent. They will exploit that as well (Do search forum for many examples).

Anyways, here is a simple solution....Ask the agent how much he will charge for COMPLETING the package, and handing it over to you, once they say its 100% complete. SO that you apply / send application yourself, after confirming everything is in line.
This is THE BEST advice I can think, if you must go through an agent. This way you will control the future of your application and communication with the Immigration offices.

Many agent give you services of only fill up the form and help you to get your application in order they charge nominal.........and they do not show them self as Representative cause they do not have licence......so when you send your application through that agent who only help you to apply. he does not have any concern with your file..............

I know what they assure to people..........that we have our own person in Nova Scotia and London.....they must issue your visa......there will not problem we are here........we have back door correspondence with visa office this and that if there is person Kashaan Malik............be ware from him...........he is the cheapest person in the future concern....................and please show my post to your cousin......

100% agreed, strongly suggest one should/can do it himself, consultants are the BIGGGGGGG cheats.
