Need a job offer or letter of support for Manitoba or Alberta PNP

HI everybody

I want to apply for Canada immigration under Manitoba PNP
so that's why i need a job letter for company approved by HRDC or a Letter of Community Support or Two Affidavits of Support from close friends.

I am a software programmer and web developer with more then 6 years experiance.
Also i have a very good experiance in customer support. I am from Egypt and i am hard worker.

If any body can give me:

• job offer or
• Two Affidavits of Support from close friends or
• a Letter of Community Support

i will be very thankful.

 
if there is any other way to get that then plz help me
